First off the quality of John's shelves are amazing and the packaging for delivery was solid. For that reason alone everybody should consider using him.
If you want an amazing experience and not be stressed out about when your shelves will arrive then do yourself a favor and go with him. I initially e-mailed him on 8-25-16 and placed my order on 9-2-16 for his October group. He e-mailed me saying that one spot had opened up in September and asked if I wanted it and of course said yes. He kept me updated on the progress of the shelves every week and shipped them out to me on 9-30-16.
I ended up ordering the following in Walnut Burl Veneer:
5 Drawers 1 Shelf Set
5 Divider Sets
I'm currently seasoning the drawers, once that is complete I will start filling my drawers up with sticks.
