It's been a few years since I last posted on any cigar forums and an incredible amount of things have changed.
First of all, I've moved to Texas. A sleepy little town about 30 miles east of Dallas called Lavon, make sure you post a reply if ya know where that is!
My daughter stayed in Illinois, she is 21 and wanted to be on her own so it's just the wife, me and the two dogs.
Charlie the 3 year old Bull Dog and Bella the 7 year old Puggle ( Pug/Beagle Mix).
We've bought a nice 4 bed, 2 bath, brick ranch on a half acre with a pool, and a Texas sized shed for all my stuff.
Moved here for the weather, the politics and the just plain freedom that Texas affords its citizens.
In regards to my Firearms fancy, I got my Texas CHL (Concealed Handgun License) as soon as I could. I don't carry much but its good to know I can.
I went a little further and applied for and received my Federal Firearms License (FFL) which give me the ability to commercially transfer out of state firearms to Texas residents and to sell firearms as well.
If you want to know more about that you can go to my website - www.greysmoketacticalfirearms.com and check me out for yourself.
My new smoking home is En Fuego in Murphy, TX, one of a chain of three shops, the others in Rockwall, TX and Frisco, TX. All great places to purchase and smoke cigars with both a friendly staff and clientele.
I was greatly surprised when they carried both Opus X and Anejo's without markup, even discounted.
Not surprisingly the clientele favor a BIG Cigar 6/60's and 7/70's are common.
I'm usually a Tuesday night guest so if you are close stop in and say hey....
