It's run by Michael Siegel, a doctor who has been an advocate for workplace smoking bans and an expert witness against tobacco companies. He now claims that the anti-tobacco movement has gone too far. Instead of just trying to protect public health, they falsify science in order to legislate their own notion of morality:
