What has your weather been lately?

We have been stuck in this rainy trend. It seems like every weekend we have been getting rain!!!! So far this weekend alone we have picked up 2.73 inches of rain and we seem to get the same amount every weekend. This rain has ruined all the weekend plans. Any chances of planting, staining the deck and fence or just relaxing on the deck with a cigar. Not to mention the local flooding, damage roads, etc. Its really depressing!!!

This morning its 70 degrees outm with a 97% humidity. Monday might be partly cloudy then more rain for the middle of the week. We cannot win!

Not too humid but VERY HOT here last week ... upper 90's to low 100's and not a cloud in sight. Finally started a cooling trend on Friday so we are down to the low 90's now with 80's predicted for next week.

hitting about 113-115 almost every day and the humidity is moving in...chances of evening storms now for the next couple of months. I hate that shit.

Yesterday, just as I was gettin' into the home stretch of smokin' some ribs, along came a real thunder bumper...which are pretty rare in my area. Sure, we get our share of rain but not much thunder at all and even less lightning.

To top it all off, the power went off later that evening and didn't come on again until o'dark-thirty...courtesy of the Matanuska Electric Association...your fair weather electric company.

We have gotten upwards of 8 inches of rain in the past two days...everything is flooding, roads are closed, it's nuts!

Were up over 6" of rain now and getting what Todd is getting soon enuff. I like living on top of Hilltop Estates, our little part of town. So far so good here. Twice removed 2" of water from the pool and added tons of chemicals to keep it right. I helped my neighbor remove 3" of water in his shop tonight, but the Headbanger home is good to go (thank Goodness).
