Wish I could have uploaded a bigger version :disappoin

Anyone else keep track of the new to you beers?

2011 was a good year for me and beers lol. Total count of new to me bottles was 149 with a grand total of 172 including drafts.

Would like to hit 200 next year. And my girlfriend thinks I dont set any goals...... lol

Now that is something to strive for. I used to save a bottle from any new beer I tried, but after a while the collection tends to take up a lot of room. When my wife and I moved in together she saw the multiple boxes of beer bottles and went nope. Tried photographing them for a while instead, but I'm not always that principled about it so now days I just have the memory of what I've drank. Looks like a good year.

I still do this. It's getting to the point where I need more storage for 'em.

The best thing to do is soak all the bottles in oxyclean so the labels fall off, then refill them!
Ha. I don't do any brewing at home. I'd like to eventually, but living in an apt makes it hard.

I like collecting the bottles from the different beers I have tried. Eventually I'll get to saving bottles for brewing..

I do have to admit, that it has been an absolute blast to follow your beer drinking adventure in the beer of the day thread.

I keep saying, "nah I don't need to keep track, I'll remember all I drink." And then I forget... Feels bad man

Yea, too many pictures for me to take.....
Its actually very easy to do, I just have a case sitting at home that I fill up with one beer from every case or 6 pack I buy. When it gets full its time to pull out the camera. Takes maybe 10 minutes to take 24 pics and I am good for a couple of weeks.

WoW... where is the spreadsheet with tasting notes?
LOL No tasting notes, there is a spreadsheet of course though. lol

I just stick with beeradvocate... I just really got into craft beer may'be spring of this year. Only have done 20 or so reviews on BA. Probably only drank 50 or so different beers. But, it's been a good ride! I have to do around 100 beer reviews next year
