Useless fact. A friend of mine in law school showed this to me. It's technically not illegal to own a marijuana plant in most states. It's illegal to grow said plant. So if you were to prove that the plant isn't growing and hasn't grown (which would be impossible because it's a living thing and grows every second. But if you could prove that, like say it was dead or frozen) it's not illegal to have in most states. Almost all the laws say it is illegal to grow a marijuana plant. Not specifically to be in possession of one that is not growing. Lmao. But it would still be illegal to be in possession of the buds.
