The date on the cellophane was from early 2023. Maybe it is the age, but it is super smooth and quiet flavorful.

"It has spices of pepper, the sweetness of treacle, herbs, and notes of fruit." That about sums it up. I would add a nice creamy smoke texture, and a good value at $6 - $9 depending on where you buy.
