My grandmother passed on Monday, May 25, 2009. She was 86 years old an went home to be with my grandfather, who died 23 years ago. I enjoy good cigars and will do so tonight with a few of my family members, one coming that made the trip from Ireland.

To celebrate her life tonight after the viewing, I will be smoking a VR Farmie, which is my 2nd to last one. Although gran was a pain in the arse, she was a good woman.

If you think about it, at 7:30 tonight, we will be sipping some good bourbon and enjoying cigars. I celebrate your life Gran! May you watch over us and see the good you left on this Earth!

Condolences, if you don't mind I'll raise my glass as well in her honor but I'll be drinking Tullamore Dew.

Well last night 15 of us smoked a cigar and drank some Stagg to honor my gran. Today, 100 people came to celebrate her life. I was doing ok, until the singer (She is blind and sings like an angel, incredible) began singing amazing grace. Absolutely incredible. Then I had to get up and read some scriptures and say a few words. I reminded folks that we weren't there to mourn gran's death, but to celebrate her life. She is up in heaven with my grand dad.

Thanks for the prayers and support brothers. I am really appreciative of them.

Bill I didn't see this till 11:35CST so I missed the 7:30 part. Sorry to hear about the loss of your Grandmother, I'm sure she's happy to be with her hubby now and in Gods care.
