Staying just south of the Fashion Square Mall. Any recomendation on where to go buy some sticks, and perhap relax and smoke one with a drink? Not sure what the smoking laws are there. Thanks.

I did hear good things about Cigar King. We wont have (our own) transportation, so it looks like I may be stuck near the mall unless public transit is good. Not sure what cab fare would be like.
If all goes smooth, me and the women should be there late Saturday. Leaving Monday morning. Long story.

It's a great town. I just pulled out a few minutes ago, actually. Spent just over a week there this time. I think you will be coming in to a warmer week than I had, lucky! Swing by an In N Out Burger and grab a bite to eat, too.

In that case I'm rooting for ya bud! Life is too short to smoke dog rockets. Smoke stellar sticks and enjoy every moment of the trip(if you know what I mean :thumbsup

I hope you enjoy your time in Phoenix/Scottsdale. There are certainly lots of great stores to hit - Ambassador and Cigar King would certainly rank among two of my favorites, though there are stores for everybody here - some 40-50 in the greater Phoenix area. Here's an article I wrote for the MLB All Star Game about some great cigar spots in town.
Let me know if I can be of any help - one suggestion since you're staying near Fashion Square is to swing by Habanos Torres, now at 4419 N. Scottsdale Rd., #102. Timothy Torres makes some great cigars that you can't find anywhere else.

Had a great time in Scottsdale. Talk about a safe place.
Only got a day in a half before I had to fly out. Found Ford and Haig. Bought a few different cigars. Very nice guy working the desk. Not quite the selection I was hoping for though.
That whole area is very upscale. Would love to get down there for a whole week to take it all in. The night life, and restaurants were amazing.
Arizona as a whole, is probably the most beautiful state the US has... that I've visited. Sedona was simply majestic. I will for sure return there one day.
