Sprint has the Centro, too bad verizon doesn't offer it. I personally didn't want windows mobile so I am pretty happy for with 755p, but the centro has an updated body design.

Meh $399.99 to upgrade if I bought the Centro now, wonder if I called up and asked to trade my treo in they would cut me a break.

Went and spoke to the rep again, since I am locked in until April, I can add another phone to my plan for 10 bucks, get the treo for 500-100 rebate, and just have an extra phone for 6 months until I can drop one.

My wife has been using Palm Pilots since 1999 (she started with a Palm III). She's very comfortable with the Palm OS and has always liked it on the many Palm devices she's owned.

However....

She currently has a Treo 650 and doesn't really like it. She especially hates using the email and internet functions on it (they are substandard at best, and positively useless at worst). She does like the calendar/to-do functions, which has always been her primary use for the Palm, and carrying one device instead of a separate PDA and Phone is a big benefit, but her need for a suitable email/internet device wasn't filled by the Treo.

Her contract ends in February, and she absolutely cannot wait to replace it with an iPhone.
