Trini Robo T EL v.s. Trini Robo T

what is the differance between the trini robo t EL and the regular robo T? other than the price! and has anyone smoked both? is it worth twice the price for for the EL?

The Robo T 2010 EL, is actually called the "Short" Robo T. I believe it's 4 x 50...whereas the Robo T is just shy of 5" x 50.

I have not smoked the EL 2010 Short, and only one Robo T thus far....but judging from the fanfare, and my 1st sample of the Robo T....

I'd guess you'll be hard pressed for someone to recommend the EL Short over the Robo T.


Edit to add...it looks as if the price is much closer on these per stick than you suggest in your post (certainly not double for the EL)...so perhaps I'm thinking of a different cigar. Short EL is $15 ish, Robo T is $14 or so.

i have not found anything online suggesting that there is any difference other than size!
as far as price, it's 10.50 v.s. 16.70 ... i was exaggerating a bit about double, but still a great difference!

Yup...pricing difference between what I posted, and what you posted seems to be based on different vendors.

Just over $10 per for the Robo T is a nice price, based on a full box discount it appears.

The Trini Robusto T is one of the best current release CC robustos IMO with tea and sweetness as the predominant flavors.. The short robusto T is a travesty of a little smoke with predominant flavors of incinerating cardboard and bitterness. It also had this magical power that quite literally sucked all the moisture out of my mouth.
