Never had one of these mysterious green-wrapped cigars. My B&M carries a Black Market by Alec Bradley (not my favorite brand) and a pretty mean looking Holy Lance that I'm leaning toward. They might have one or two others.

Recommendations, brothers?

Never had a filthy hooligan but I had a LFD double claro. It was so interesting but I couldnt tell in a good way or a bad way. I was thinking about making a buy for the 2014 hoolis with the aged wrapped. Hmm

Had a lfd today, really great spicy pepper with a hint or grass or hay. Very enjoyable, I heard the hooligan is better with age. I have one from last year that I will try and smoke this weekend then give a report.

Yeah, my local carries all of them as well. I've never smoked one, kinda curious.. I guess I'll have to try one on Monday. I think the Illusione candela looks good.

I picked up 2 Filthy Hooligans tonight with plans of smoking it on St. Patty's day and sharing the other one with a friend.

Back when I was a noob, I tried a couple of Holt's cheapies (can't remember the names) and they where junk.

The only candela I currently smoke is the Fuente 8-5-8, but it's got to be first thing in the morning. Even though I've never tried either one, from the two you listed, I'd go with the Illusione.

I ashed one Saturday. Rev was kind enough to send it my way. I enjoyed it. Def Mild but had some very nice earthy and grassy flavors. Went well with my guinness
