MMmmm...jerk chicken. Love that stuff. The spicier the better! Brings me back to my trips to Jamaica. Oh and I'm having a DPG Blue Toro. Life is good...

Oh, and the jerk chicken was pretty good too. Made form scratch, no canned jerk seasoning here. Even used apple wood to smoke it for a bit.
