Ok, I had a few weeks where I maintained weight, and gained 2 pounds last week. This week I'm back on track baby, down 4.4 pounds!!! If I lose 1.5 more this week, I'll be over 20 pounds lost so far!

I need to be a lean, mean, fightin machine by summer. Well, maybe summer 2007!

Awesome job!

Can I play? I haven't had a beer in 10 days, started walking 2 miles on the treadmill a night, and have been a little more aware of what I have been consuming.

March 1st - 210 pounds
March 11th - 201 pounds

Way to go Tuba, keep it up.

I hear cigars are about 350 fat calories each, cut those out and send them to me.

Good work guys!

I'm down 10 lbs in 17 days. Mostly cut out the sugars and carbs. Walking and doing light weight lifting.

Didn't you know cigars from a certain island country are much lower in fat content? Get with the program!!!

Wow... great work guys. I am down almost 30 lbs from where I started. I am fitting into clothes I wasn't able to for about 3-4 years. I still have about 15 to go for my target weight but I think I can do that easily. Mostly all I have done is change my eating habits (adding more greens and less take out) and go to the gym at least 3x a week.

Nothing will ever taste as good as thin feels...
