U.S. court strikes down graphic warnings on cigarettes

Good news. If they're going to do stuff like that I'd prefer they use the European method. The warning on German cigarettes roughly translates into "Smoking can cause a slow and painful death".
The nanny state crap just has to stop though.

ANY LITTLE ADDITION just means that they have their foot in the door to adding another little label, which then means they will push for a bigger label....and so forth. You CANNOT let them get a foothold on anything because once they are in, you can never get them to go backwards ! Just because a tax hike or label is small, doesn't mean it will stop there.
Please, from someone who lives in a taxed-heavy place, don't stop fighting for something that is a right of enjoyment. The government wants to crush cigarettes, but it will end cigars in the process sooner.
Just my 2 bits....unless you guys want 165% taxation on your cigars too...
