Underwhelmed by a "highly rated stick"

So I just finished a La Traviata tonight, and I was so underwhelmed that I had to write about my dissapointment. It doesn't fit into the reviews section as there were such little amounts of flavors that I would be writing a short review. I dont know if anyone else has had this issue or what, but I was looking foreward to tasting a smooth, flavorful cigar and all I got was one dimension and that was bland.
I know most people on here dont agree with CA's ratings, but I do find that most of what they rate highly I enjoy at the very minimum, but this was not one of them.
I am so disgruntled that for the first time ever, I have lit up a second stogie to get some flavor: Casa Fernandez Arganosa Leaf. Hopefully if Tim what Tim says, I will finish the night with an enjoyable smoke.

Yikes - that's rough, maybe that one was just a dud. The La Traviata has been very good in my experience, sorry yours wasn't so great.

As others have said, tough to beat a LT for the price. Maybe you did get a dud though -- I've gone through 3 boxes and had at least a couple that were unsmokeable.

You and Brent sbould like those. Nice change at the halfway point, and great rich tobacco at the end. I really have to stop smoking 2 sticks back to back, it doesnt help picking flavors :\

I've had the same experience with the Brickhouse. Everyone I know loves them, but they do absolutely nothing for me.
