Update on my Cigarbid.com nightmare

My previous thread here about cigarbid was locked by the moderators so I have to start a new one to update you all about the continuing Saga.

More than two weeks after the order was placed they finally shipped it and it arrived today. Unfortunately of the 63 cigars I ordered, 21 were missing. They were not indicated on the site as being back ordered.

Therefore I had to comb through the entire order and catalog everything and send them a list of the missing sticks. That's fully a third of my order that they failed to ship.

Let's hope they get it right this time or I'm going to have to start even more threads on the subject.

Needless to say I won't be ordering from cigar bid again and will recommend the same to others.

Have dealt with C-Bid for years, 2 to 3 orders a month.
Never missed but one 5 pack, and they made it up asap.

Don't do this. They will meet the same fate as the original, and the current one.

BOTL is not a place to air your dirty laundry or complain about treatment from vendors. Take it up with them directly. If you have an issue with service you receive from a site sponsor, send @Eric or one of the moderator team a message and we will do everything we can to assist.
