Seems hefty ...
Open container and urinating in public will cost you $75 each in my city. Although, if you hit them for $500 and $750 they would more than likely think twice before doing it again. But then again, drunks normally don't have a full thought process running when they're whizing in public anyway.

LOL, You can do just about anything in New Orleans. I have seen people smoking weed right in front of cops. Naked people dancing in the street. The list goes on and on. But the one sure thing the NOPD will arrest you for is peeing on the street. You can bet they will have you in handcuffs before the first drop hits the sidewalk.
