The US embargo against Cuba is archaic and ridiculous, but this is simply wrong. A British citizen living in Spain who runs a travel website had it shutdown for allegedy helping US citizens fly to Cuba.

Do I think it's right? no but in general the embargo is not right. Do I think a company doing this should have used an Americam Web Host? Duh that was dumb. Of course it was gong to get shut down. Put that site back up using a dutch host or something.

And you think the US will somehow let him keep the site up when it's hosted in the US? I think not, get a foreign host. This is a witch hunt that wouldn't have even been started if he did just that.
