Exactly what is needed there,,,we send our boys and girls over there to do what they don't do for themselves. The sadder fact is that this poor guy will be reprimanded for his meeting because it wasn't P C,,,cuz that is how we do things in wartime. We do everything politically correct and we ensure that our enemies get as many chances to kill us before we can shoot back. This is a disgrace as far as what some of the ROE ( rules of engagement) are in place. We can't shoot unless it is determined that they are an immediate threat. If they go into these villages and check each house they have to put themselves in immediate danger and have to go thru protocols in their searches. If they screw up at any point they run the risk of a courts martial, they run a risk every day on patrol. If they see someone who it might look as if they have a weapon they cannot fire until they some kind of permission from the proper authority,,,,friggin ridiculous. I esp. like where when we are allowed to interrogate prisoners we have to do it from literature that was signed during the Geneva Convention where we all know there was a great problem with Extreme Terrorists who are able to send components of dirty bombs, viruses, etc. I guess after sharing coffee and donuts with these captured crazy bastards they will "explore" their feelings in these heart to heart talks and come clean on all of the dastardly things they have been doing.
