Yes, I posted the numbers they emailed me for 2 shipments, which was 6 packages and all #'s showed as "no record found".

That was from online click and ship, when I went in to the same post office and paid the tracking number was good.

I'm here with Dan @ NHC and he just let me know that the tracking the number on the printed label works (the longer version), but the email confirmation and online confirmation (the shorter code) does not.

Has been going on for not even two weeks, more like the first of the month.

No fixes yet... just an FYI.

one thing i did notice was the sequence of numbers has completely changed from what it was before. as with most government entities, they probably made a change before the software was able to capture it.
