Utah bound!

Hi All,

Going on a vacation/business trip in Utah in October. Flying in to SLC, heading south to Capitol Reef NP, Bryce Canyon NP, Zion NP and back to SLC.

Any good restauirants, cigar shops, liquor stores, etc from the four places?

I've been to southern Utah 3 times for vacation the past couple of years; each time, I carried my own Scotch and cigars with me because I knew I wasn't gonna be able to get them in Utah.

Mesquite, NV has a good Liquor store

As others have mentioned, bring your own. With the exception of 2.5 or 3.0 piss beer, you have to buy booze at a state run liquor store. Their hours are stupid and and it might be difficult to find one unless you are in a larger city.

Ok it is not all bad. Shit people. Beer in the stores 3.2. Beer in the liquor store above and beyond. If you do like beer Utah has some of the best micros out there.
Southern Utah and all the NP are amazing you will have a good time.
There are no good cigar shops. The Tinderbox and that is it. Sorry on that one you will have to bring your own.
Hit me up when you are in SLC and we will see if we can get together for a stick or if you need any other info.

Hi Guys, thanks for all the information. I'll bring the gars with me in my travel humidor, but the liquor might be a different situation. Not comfortable with packing it in a suitcase and it breaking. I'll be in Zion on the 12th of October and after that I'll be at SLC for 5 days.

Just put it in a box, wrap it as a gift and put it in your checked bag(s). I brought back a bottle of Nadura from Califonia with no problem.

It has been a while. Went to school in Northern Az and covered all the ground. I can tell you trails into and around the canyon but my advice would be 30 years old.
