I just found out that warranty seals have a UV watermarks secretly hidden in them. The source where I got the info stated that this would appear as a faint pink Coat of Arms. I have only seen a seal with a neon green coat of arms that stands out very much. I can't find any information about a neon green watermark. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any comments or rescorces that I can research about green uv watermarks?

Can't find any info about a neon green watermark. Still open to any suggestions. Does anyone else have anyboxes they are willing to check? I am in the dark and I wanna shed the UV light on this situation!

Yes....Somewhere, I've read, that the watermarks can vary in color and intensity though. I think this can be due to age of the ink, lighting, whatever, there are probably dozens of factors.

I think it's a newer version of the seal. The important thing to notice is that the paper itself didn't glow. I've read that the majority of the counterfeit seals have paper with optical brighteners.

The watermark will shift due to different outputs in the spectrum. Your blacklight probably is emitting more than just UV light...see metamerism

I'm a career pressman....I know all sorts of overcomplicated excuses to say when the color doesn't match just right.:smokingbo
