Viaje Oro Reserva

I'm enjoying the new Viaje Oro Reserva... It is quite extraordinary. Initial taste is similar to a Padron 1926 IMHO. Anybody else get that impression?

Great smoke. Don't get any Padron similarities, but it is earthy and rustic, yet smooth like the Paddies.

John, do me a favor and try the Viaje Platino Reserva and let me know how the two compare. Personally, I have been more partial to the Platino Line versus the Oro line.

I certainly intend to very soon. The hard part was deciding which to try first!

I have smoked both, and preferred the Oro over the Platino. They were both good, but the Oro was better. I was going to try to put up my reviews...just haven't had the time.
