Vintage Tobacco Plug!(?) w/pics!

Picked this up for $2 at an estate sale by my house.
Not sure when it's from. I'm thinking somewhere this side of the 1950s? Maybe it's not that old at all. I really have no idea, but it was only $2.
Let me know what you think and if you know anything about it!
