I've been thinking about customizing my Cigar Caddy with some of my bands. I've seen this here before, but can't find anything close. Can anyone suggest the best way to glue the bands onto the lid of the caddy? What to use? Do I need to seal over them when I get the look I want?

I beleive there is a self leveling epoxy that has been used with sucess. just use a glue stick to get them down flat, and pour a bit of this stuff on it. it has to be done where there are edges that will hold the epoxy in
i watered down some really good garilla glue and brushed it onto the bands onve i got all the bands on i let it dry, checked it one more time that it was the way i wanted i then hit it with a few coats of satin clear coat, the same one used for paining and protecting pewter modles. i havnt had a band fade or come off in the last year.
