Pass this along, But I ordered Smokes back in November,
And Can't even get an answer where they are. I'm told they shipped,And
to wait (Yeh, till I can't do anything)But I'm offered NO proof or
anything they even shipped. I use to deal with (I thought these
people, But the Site JUST LOOKS the same).. Anyway, I got took for
$67.00 for Smokes and NO WAY to get it back, or even get an Answer
now.. Pass this along if you know someone looking for a site like this..

You could always do a credit-card chargeback. You paid for goods that were never received. They have to prove that it got to you.
Depending on the CC company, they may not even investigate it and just give you the money since it's such a (relatively) small amount vs how much they would spend to investigate it.
Assuming of course you used a CC.

Yea if I pay by CC and I don't have my cigars in a month or proof that they shipped then I do a chargeback.

To quote South Park. You Bastards!!!! Bummer about the smokes, but they are right. Reverse the charge. Make them prove you received. One of 2 things happens. 1) your smokes sudenly show up. 2) They can't prove you rec'd, you get the credit back.

CC Charge back would be nice but this is a Debit card I used and NOT my Visa.. I'm FUBAR!.. Yep, I had dealings with a Company and thpought this was them, but for YEARS never any trouble. I did this order and NOTHING and there not even willing to reship, track, Nada!.. NOW, I'm not even getting return E-Mail..

Ah, if your debit card has a Visa/MC logo on it then you can do a chargeback. If it's just a ATM card (no logo), then you may be out of luck.
The only thing I use my debit card for is to get cash out of an ATM.
Thanks for the heads up about the bad site. Word of mouth is the best way to starve these guys of business.
