I'm super pissed about how the Rockies did their ticket sales online only "to be fair"! I just don't see how they couldn't even offer up a few thousand tickets to sell in Rockies stores or even at Coors Field! I wasted like 6 hours in that online crapshoot and never got a chance for tickets.
Check out the eBay listings page, and you can see how many people just want to make a load of money. I have a feeling there are going to be a lot of empty seats at the Rockies games.

Yeah a couple of guys in the office here were trying to get tickets and were equally heated. Several times they even had thier card numbers in and it kicked them out. I don't think thier webmaster was prepeared for the kind of traffic they got. They got 8 million hits Monday night alone.

That's why teams like the Yankees, Dodgers, Cards and Braves have the success they do. They have been there so many times that handling something like this is old hat.

I wish! The other part that sucks is that I worked last night (game 1), tonight (game 2), and sat and sun (games 3 and 4)! The only chance I'd even have to go to a game would be game 5 (although I would call in sick in a heartbeat to the other games). I really wish I coulda gotten tickets, but those sold out too. I had my 1995 Coors Field baseball and my 1996 Rockies windbreaker (pretty cool looking! lol) all ready to go, too.

On the bright side, I did get to go to the Wildcard Tiebreaker game (what a game!!!) and game 3 of the division series. So I'm thankful for that.
