[DANGER: Newbie Question!]

This month, I won an auction for 10 really nice cigars.

• 1 Cohiba Robusto Natural (5 x 49)
• 1 H.Upmann Sun Grown Churchill Natural (7 x 54)
• 1 Henry Clay Toro Maduro (6 x 50)
• 1 House Of Capulet Churchill Natural (7 x 50)
• 1 Hoyo De Monterrey Governor Natural (6 1/8 x 50)
• 1 La Gloria Gilded Age Robusto Natural (5 x 52)
• 1 Montecristo Relentless Robusto Natural (5 x 54)
• 1 Punch Signature Robusto Natural (5 x 54)
• 1 Saint Luis Rey Toro Dark Natural (6 x 50)
• 1 Sucker Punch King Hit Natural (6 x 54)

Recently, I've started looking for details on some of these cigars and the only information I am finding is not on the respective web sites, but only on Famous-Smoke's site. What I am finding out is that many (most? all?) are exclusive to Famous-Smoke and not sold anywhere else.

1.) Are these really name brand cigars or are they just given a label for them?
2.) Is the quality of these cigars on par with the rest of each brand's other labels?
3.) What are your thoughts on them?

I haven't smoked cigars in 12-13 years and I consider myself a noobie when it comes to making such discernment. Your input is appreciated.

I don't think any of these are famous exclusives - you should be able to get them anywhere. So,

1) yes, they're "legit"

2) yes - as with anything subjective ymmv, you will probably like some more than the core lines and some less, but quality should be on par with others from the same brand

3) again, subjective - don't let anyone else tell you if they're good or bad, smoke them and decide for yourself - more fun that way!

Most of those are Dominican/Honduran/Nicaraguan knockoffs of Cuban brands made by General Cigar. Famous may have an exclusive on the size, but they’re all common and not great or necessarily bad cigars. There are MUCH better boutique cigars available for less $

The RyJ house of capulet is a famous exclusive. I don't think the others are.

Check that, the gilded age & relentless are famous exclusives as well.

Am on a fixed budget and am always eager to find good cigars within my budget.

Sure, if $3-4 is your budget, there are dozens of choices on Cigar bid. If I had a few beers in me these are some that I’d be bidding on. I’ve won a bunch of similar lots for an average of $3 or less a cigar:
