What happened to the Hats?

What ever happened to the making of the BOTL hats? I was looking around but couldn't find the thread. Anyways did that ever get off the ground?

If so could I get some info on how and where to see them?

The guy were talking about it, they had some priliminary hats done, then it just died.

I would like to get just a fitted ball cap with BOTL

on the front and screen name on the back.

I think that would be friggin awesome

if mark's deal fell through, I got a friend that owns an embroidery shop. I can get with her and see what she can come up with price wise. The only problem that I forsee with fitted hats is getting all the sizes. A one size fits all cap seems to be more bulk friendly.

What about instead of fitted we got flex fits. They are just as good as fitted & more people can fit them.

Saying a flex fit is "just as good" as a fitted hat is like saying a White Owl is "just as good" as a Tatuaje.

While it saddens me, I agree that fitted hats don't make sense for the quantities we're talking about on this deal.

But make no mistake: flex fit is *NOT* "just as good" as a true fitted ball cap.

If you have a fat head like myself 7 3/4 I believe the the flex fit hats tend to squeeze my head a little and give me a headache. I do own 1, the fitted hats fit and don't squeeze my dome.

You know what else would be cool. A lapel pin. That way if we attend events, we would have a locator for other BOTL's to recognize. Knowing that alot of names are known but faces (not Butt Faces) are not. Just a thought.
