I will be buying a box of larger size cigars and medium. I have narrowed it down to Sir Winston or Siglo VI and CoRo or siglo IV. If I had the funds I would buy 1 of each but thats not gonna happen. So , what say you?

Go for the sir winnies and the siglo IV's. Get the tubo's if you can. I don't know what it is about the current siglo tubos but they are fantastic! The sir winnies you are going to want to let rest for a while. Although if you can find some early 08's those are smoking great right now.

Well It depends on what you want out of the cigar. Is it only the size or taste?! I smoke pretty much only cubans and Sir Winnies would be my last pick out of the four you mentioned. The Cohiba Robusto would be my first pick and then the Sigs....How old are the cigars you can get? Do you have boxcodes?

The sir Winnie followed by ryj churchill are THE pinnacle of larger Cuban cigars IMO. However, if this is your first purchase I would not rec that you buy any of them. They are big ticket items and if you have not had them before you should try some first. Look for a place that will sell samplers. But if you decide to buy boxes, you really can't go wrong with any of your choices!!

I am with you. The few Sir Winnie's I had were rather bland..CoRo would be my first as well...never had a bad one...Recent Sig IV's have not been much to write home about either. Get the CoRo's and some Party 898's!

Just to clarify, I tend to break cigars into groups of how long it will take to smoke. If I only have 45minutes to an hour I'm not going to light up a DC and toss half of it. I then split them into regular and special occasions. The ones that I listed are ones that I would put into the special occasion/special friend class.

I have tried the RyJ Churchill but found it to be pretty boring. I keep a box of the RyJ Churchill tubo to give away as gifts to people that don't smoke alot of cigars. I have some SLR and Punch DC but was looking for something special.

Of the CC I have tried all the rubosto's (currently made) except the Cohiba and trini's. I seem to stick with the BRC as a staple. Of the CG the mag 46 is pretty much my favorite general cigar.

Because of the overwhelming vote I have ordered up a box of Sir winstons and I'm leaning towards the Siglo IV for my other.

I tried the the gigante and while I loved the flavor I am a wimp. By the time I got to the last 3rd I was looking at the cigars wondering if I was going to be able to stand upright by the end. I think if bolivar made the same blend in a CG I would always have a box on hand.
