Hey all ... I have an opportunity to buy a like new 28 bottle Vinotemp but didn't know if this seemed reasonable or not. Haven't shopped around too much. He's asking $175, I figure i can get it for $150ish. Seems like a decent deal to me. Any thoughts?

Used....they're $100 for the most part. I see 'em on Craigslist all the time for near $100.
Your guy seems a bit high IMO. $150 is reasonable, but probably can find it cheaper with some patience.
