What's for dinner?

I have some homemade macaroni and cheese in the oven along with some wing dings I picked up at the grocery store.

Some kind of stir fried dinner in a bag. It's shrimp with some shrimp added to it (they always seem to leave out a lot of meat for some reason :wink: )

a nice large piece of Entenmans Apple Pie for Desert and a cup of tea.

I was actually out working, photographing a family, and they gave me, to go, a serving of their dinner (they are really, really nice people). I don't know how to spell it the name of the dish, but it was shrimp, calamari, scallops, clams, and cod in a hearty spicy garlic tomato sauce over pasta. Delicious.

I had spaghetti with a red meat sauce, meatballs and sausage.

I think we will go latin tonight - maybe roast pork or ropa vieja, black beans and rice, fried sweet plantains, and beef empanadas of course.

I'm cookin some tostadas right now....later tonight it's gonna be some Ranch&Bacon Suddenly Pasta.

I have a big fat 2-inch thick Ribeye just waiting to be grilled. With it I will serve hand cut fries (Yukon gold potatoes) and a Caesar salad.

with the meal I'll be drinking Dogfish Head 90 Minute Pale Ale.

Afterwards, a Cohiba Esplendido with coffee and bourbon.
