hey all just thought i would start a kinda poll for fun...mine is in the evening sitting with my wife on the porch talking about our day with my dog sitting in the chair with me. a close second would be in social settings like watching a game at a bar or going to a park and walking trails with wife/friends.

Mine would be right along with yours for both settings. I just cant wait to have a cool evening though, but seeing how I live in the Bahamas, those are rare and the evenigs are still warm and humid.
In the evening. Particularly around a campfire.
i would have to say that sitting around a campfire with some friends is a definite favorite (poker table also works very well), followed by on the golf course, or a nice saturday morning with a cup of coffee while i watch the sun come up.
After I get home from work. I find it really helps me relax.
During football games or during Happy Hour.
Usually after we've had dinner, and put our son to bed, the bride and I will sit outside together and have a cigar each. Usually I'll have either beer or Baileys, but when I'm on stand by for work, it's iced coffee.

In the afternoon or evening, on my patio, with my wife, father-in-law, or friends (or a combination thereof), and a taddy porter, a thick, rich, and creamy stout, or a snifter of liqueur... Otherwise, as mentioned above, anytime I'm able to sneak one in!
I usually head out to the patio around 8 everynight with a drink and something to read and always have a fire on the weekend. Starting to get cold though so I am going to have to move into the garage. with the heater.
Mine is either at night after we get our son to bed and the wife and I can finlly sit and relax and enjoy each others company and talk about whatever's in our head, can get really interesting sometimes, or early in the morning on the weekends before everyone is up, I have the unfortuante habit of waking up at 430 in the morning every morning no matter what, and watch the sunrise with a nice strong cup of coffee.
Best time for me is on vacation, ideally on a cruise ship while sailing from port to port, talk about relaxing!
Other than that, usually in the evening about 45 mins before sunset. That's when the weather is best in FL anyway.
