Where the time goes?

So I just finished up seeing my last standardized patient and his complaints of frequent urination, weight loss and excessive hunger (which means most likely diabetes) almost bored me to death. Having Family medicine done is a big relief. Not only because it is completely boring, but also because it symbolizes for me, the half way point through my third year of medical school. It seems like I just started, but yet here I am getting ready to come to a local town near you to give you your yearly digital rectal exam and to perform a pelvic exam or two on your wives and girlfriends, only to find myslef at a local B&M later that night with you guys again shootn the shit (pun intended):smokingme What is the point of all of this? There is no point. Im just glad I get to smoke cigars for the next three weeks and not have to ponder on the wonders of bodily orifices or bodily wastes. SO when you light one up tonight, just be thankful that Im still in my third year and not anywhere close to you just yet. Thank God for Christmas break! Here here my friends. :robinhood

Your bored and I'm livin it. I have fallen under the control of Flomax and Avadart. Just had a cysto (SP?) yesterday. One question doc, who thought that little MF up.............. Freddie Kruger?
Aside from the doctor and the regular nurse we had a peanut gallery in the room and they all wanted to look.......... I think he said they were students. I loved it when they all got to asking questions like I wasn't even there after it was over. I just wanted to take a leak, they weren't leaving, so I got up and started to relieve myself.........boy does that clear the room quick.
