Where to get cigars in Taipei, Taiwan?

"Regarding the Taipei LCdH, they moved from Hyatt Taipei to another hotel (Agora Garden) about 2 years ago. The new place is about 10 minute walking distance from the old one, but it's smaller than the old location. However,
I seldom go there anymore due to the 3X price difference between them and what we can get online. My favorite place in Taipei is still the 2nd
floor bar in Regent Taipei, the tables overlooking the 1st floor lobby where
they have live jazz band. I was there 2 weeks ago from 7-10PM when they had nice live music going (order all drinks half price before 8PM)."
