My wife is an OB. It's rare, but it's possible for two white parents to have a black baby. It's also possible for two black parents to have a white baby, but I think it's more rare--unless of course you're talking about albinism. Albinism is uncommon as well, but happens.
In Kenya I saw an albino African in Nairobi. He had the tell-take tribal features of the region (in terms of nose, brow, etc), but was white (and had blonde hair). He was essentially an outcast, kinda sad, but they're very superstitious over there, even in the big city.
But since this story is from the Sun, it's probably crap, lol.
