I Place a simple order for a print that I liked on one of my favorite band's web sites. I think it was around $20, certainly not a huge purchase. It's delivered quickly and I don't think much of it again until today. I get a piece of mail from Crowned Heads.

A hand written thank you note from Jon Huber! I don't know of anyone else that does business this way, but I am certainly impressed!
