My wife just came down with the Flu yesterday and both my daughters have a wicked case of Bronchitis and have been home from school for over a week now. I feel like I ought to go put on one of those yellow suits like they wore in the movie Outbreak....

Flu has been bad this year, at least here in NY. I've seen it worse but it's just one of those years....

I had a real nasty sinus infection that kept me out of work for week with heavy doses of antibiotics. Great way to start 2017 for me. Plus couldn't smoke for nearly 2 weeks I lost my mind.

FINALLY all better but now its a goddamn blizzard (got 13" the other day and are getting another 12 - 16" right now) and I'm trying to decide whether to go outside and smoke a short cigar in a snow bank wearing 3 shirts a parka, motorcycle gloves, flannel lined jeans, snowpants and a hat. Its tempting

It's been bad this year for sure. Shit got me twice a couple months ago. Once for 2 days and I thought I came out of it unscathed, 4 days later I was basically bed ridden for 3 more days. FLU is a nasty thing. Apparently that flu shot (first one I've ever gotten) didn't do a damn thing! Our whole hockey team has been dropping like flies too. Seems every game someone is missing due to being sick. I miss warm climates, never got sick.
