I've been with this company for 3 years and it turns out the position I'm in is a FULL time job...WTF!!!!

I really wish somebody would have said something sooner... like in the interview! You know, a little "Oh yeah, you will have to work 40 hours a week. You OK with that?" Somethin'.

Any who, work is going to be requiring more attention which means a few less hours here. Not going far just a bit less daytime hours here. My business has doubled so my brokers really should get all of me during the day. It's just the right thing to do.
