I'm wondering if anyone else is having leaf ordering issues with the Ohio Whole Leaf Tobacco Company. I ordered an overnight shipment on Monday... got it Tues. no issues... Tues. I ordered another overnight shipment... never got an order confirmation or a shipment confirmation ... so I tried to call Don using the published number on his website... an automated phone message says that the number can't receive calls at this time... been that way for 24 hours now. No answer from the email and today the phone still doesn't work and I still don't have the shipment that was supposed to arrive yesterday. Don's communication, in my experience, is terrible & I have never gotten a shipping confirmation from him. Some orders ship the next day, some orders ship in a week. I've never noticed a pattern to any of it. The only way I know an order has shipped is the notification I get from USPS.

It finally came! Thanks for the insight! I'll keep that in mind for future orders... When I pay for next day... I want notice that it's gone out so I can track it. I usually get two notices from them... this time I got nothing. I really wish LO carried everything I needed. I hate paying so many vendors shipping fees... I prefer one stop shop.
