They could have taken it to the Des Moines post office. I would have had it tomorrow, as scheduled. But, nooooooo, they have to sit on it until Monday, delivering it Tuesday.

I feel ya, my Cbid winnings still aren't here yet. They departed Philly for 2 days. Hopefully USPS will deliver mine tomorrow. I hope they aren't cold...

I know the snow storm we got Thursday delayed several packages I had coming. One came today, the other one from cbid looks like maybe Monday.

Me too. I've got two packages coming and I'm waiting with baited breath for them. I want them so bad - but yet I will want to let them rest so once I get them, into the tupperdors they go....once I make some room! Funny how we can't wait for these things to arrive, yet we let them sit for weeks before smoking, haha.

It's been a bad few weeks for all carrier deliveries and I was kind of a victim as I ordered 6 pizzas from Lou Malnatis that arrived a week late. I called em and told them that I knew that the weather was the reason for a late arrival but the pizzas didn't have any dry ice left and I was afraid I would get some kind of food poisoning since they weren't cool to the touch....no problem the guy said as they will send me 6 more for free....sometimes it's good that things arrive late as I now have 12 amazing pizzas to eat and yes.....I'm going to try one of those pizzas anyway and see if I don't get sick as the guy said for me to discard them or eat them...my choice. If you don't see me posting for a week or so it's becuz I'm in the hospital.
