wineador default temperature question

So the power at my place has cycled on/off twice this past week and my wineador defaults to 55F when powered on. Is there a way to change the default temp on wineadors? I assume there isn't but figured I would ask, I plan on just getting a ups so if the power only goes out for a couple minutes again the wineador will stay on and not reset the temperature

Not if it's a Vinotemp. You can either get a ups or an external temperature controller like the Johnson that is elsewhere in this foum category.

A $50 ups from office max is the easiest solution IMHO...
