dumb ass. she wastn't even smart enough to have some one else make the spill. she should go to jail
haha, the insurance company i used to work for insured Dover Downs (casino-ish type place). You shoulda seen some of the stuff people tried to pull with slip and falls. Just like this case, everything is on camera, so we all got to laugh when we saw they were faking, etc. I wish we could put those on youtube.

I had something very similar happen in my shop, which I also caught on video.
Two very drunk girls claimed one had slipped and fallen in my shop. Luckily they did it within sight of a camera. What I saw was the one girl actually laying on the floor when my employees were distracted. Both girls yelled out like she had fallen.
I found this on the tape the next morning. When her lawyer called me, I agreed to meet him at his office to show him the tape. After I explained what was on the tape, he never contacted me again, and I never heard from her. He never did actually view the tape, but took my word for it. I still have that tape.
