Ok I am looking for some help if possible. We bought a table a few years back and I am seeing these spots on the table and was hoping someone might know what I can do to get rid of them.

I will answer question a best I can if there are any.

Thanks,

They look bright green in the picture; is that accurate? Can they be wiped or scraped off (like with a fingernail?)

Off the top of my head, it could be either mildew or heat spots.

Mildew would need to be brushed/vacuumed off and if possible exposing to direct sunlight; it that's not possible you may need to clean with a mildew cleaner. Heat spots are typically caused by condensation affecting the finish (and appear white). If they are heat spots they can be removed by using a bit of white toothpaste to rub them out. It may take several applications and buffing to get them out completely.
