Calling all entrepreneurs and venture capitalists!

There is a retail location available for lease/sale in a nice area of the West San Fernando Valley that would be ideal for a cigar shop and lounge.

It is located in a very large strip mall, on Ventura Blvd, smack dab next to a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf!

Outdoor seating space, plentiful free parking.

Used to be a cool, modern looking barber shop…Lots of the existing interior design could be used.

AND there is s regular group of 4-6 guys that camp out every morning at Coffee Bean’s outdoor seating area to smoke cigars. I think they come in at night as well…Not sure.

The only problem…There is a cigar store down the street. No lounge, but lots of cigars. The owner is known for selling counterfeit cigars, so there are those who avoid his shop.

Anyway…I have a ton of applicable retail and brand marketing experience, and would offer that up. Times are difficult for me right now, so I have very little that I can pony up in the way of cash.

If anyone has read this far, and would be seriously interested in giving this a shot, please PM me.

Of course please post any thoughts, ideas, etc. even if you cannot jump in as a potential owner

If u get it up and running I will be sure to stop by. Used to live in chatsworth and my office was on ventura blvd right next to the porsche dealership. Used to love going down to the village roaster for supercar sundays.

Just a thought .....you might not want to post about "crooks" and their locations...never know who is watching.
Sorry for the hasty reply.

You are correct, and I have edited my post.

I just get upset when I encounter those who flagrantly disrespect quality cigars and abuse their customers in doing so. Not to mention legal violations.

Just me, I suppose, but thank you for your comments.
