WTG Josh!! You are officially part of the IT machine. Something few have learned at my company is that change is inevitable and the motto "grow or die" applies heavily to their jobs. I went through the ranks of junior through senior developer to senior architect over the years, but some think that that they can nurse an outdated piece of software for the duration of their careers (average lifespan of software is around 3 years). Even if you're on the hardware/systems side, the same rules apply. Never stop learning, read the heck out of articles on emerging technologies, and never get complacent.
