Working in Canada and having the wife send from the US

I need my work tools, working here in Canada and ask the wife to send a box of 25 with my tools.

I hear that she doesn't need to declare tobacco if its of that small of a amount

Labelling and stamping requirements of the Tobacco Regulations do not apply when an individual imports five or less units of packaged tobacco. A unit is defined as: 200 cigarettes; 50 cigars; 200 tobacco sticks; or 200 g of manufactured tobacco.

Up to 50 if she will be there for 48 hours, yes. Unles you get a douchey border guard that says "You're not going to smoke all of them in 2 days, c'mon inside"

We live in the USA and I'm working for awhile in Canada and she's sending them from the US
