I've been there before. Wife of 10 years found that the grass was greener elsewhere one day.

I was tore up pretty bad at first however it led me to much greater things in life and made me a better person overall.

This may be a dark moment but something great will come out of it. I still don't wish these types of situations on people but there is a silver lining.

Sorry to hear that brother. When I was in my 20's I thought I had found "the one". But after getting engaged and making plans she changed her mind. I was crushed. But within a year "The real one" found me. 30 years later there is no one that could have been better for me.

Excellent advice from someone who has travelled the path before you. After an appropriate period of grief for you loss exercise faith that better things await. But don't forget to take an inward look at the part you played in the end of this relationship and vow to make the changes in your life that will lead to a better outcome next time.

It just sucks because we've been together since 8th grade. I moved to Phoenix for her.
But, on the bright side, I already found an awesome middle aged stoner lady with a big house and a few spare rooms. She's movin to Cali September 30th so it's just temporary, but I think the dog and I are gonna head up to Seattle.
