This is the problem; Over the last week the several of the sticks, including Undercrown, The wrappers aren't burning at the same rate as the filler/binder needing frequent touch ups. The tupperdore is at 67% with silica beads where a few of the sticks were kept. The humi's are at 68% to 70%. I have crystal gel pucks in them. Similar issue. Don't think they're over humidified. The Undercrown was in the tupperdore for a few weeks. The CAO Brazilia Gol! was in the humi for a few weeks also.
Any ideas?

The only thing that has caused that for me is too much humidity. I used to use HF beads to keep you sticks at about 68 and that would happen to me. Now I'm at 65 and no issues. So it could be that 68 RH in the humi combined with your local humidity outside is too much. Maybe drop the RH to 65 see of that helps?

Dropped the RH in the tupperdore down to 65% to 66% and after just over a week had a AB 90+ rated 2nd and burn and taste have improved a great deal. The situation called for a yard gar and did not disappoint.

I am glad to hear you solved your problem, but wanted to toss in one more thought for others reading the thread. One of my local cigar-smoking friends ran into the same issue a few months ago. He was pulling his hair out trying to figure out what was wrong. His humidor was running at 65% and the cigars were burning horribly.

He asked me to drop by and see if I saw anything wrong. On a whim, I dropped by digital hygrometer in my pocket before taking off. I knew he was using an older analog hygrometer. My hygrometer claimed he was at 72% humidity, while his claimed 65%. The shattered remnants of his hygrometer required a broom and dustpan to cleanup.

Just keep in mind, an analog hygrometer should be recalibrated every one or two years.
